Manifestasi abdomen akut pada lansia

Acute abdominal pain in the elderly is a disease characterized by acute abdominal pain, which comes on rapidly and intensely. The clinical manifestations of patients vary from person to person: 1. Different lesions correspond to pain in different parts of the abdomen, for example, pain in the upper and middle abdomen in the case of stomach and duodenum, pain in the upper right abdomen in the case of cholecystitis and liver abscess, and pain in the lower right abdomen in the case of acute appendicitis; 2. Intestinal colic may be accompanied by nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, constipation and increased bowel sounds; 3. Biliary colic is often accompanied by jaundice and fever, and Murphys’ sign may be palpable in the liver area; 4. Renal colic is often accompanied by frequent urination, urinary urgency and urine containing protein and red blood cells.
